The Redundancy Action Support Team (RAST) offers a fully comprehensive redundancy advice and guidance service, to both employers and employees addressing redundancy issues, in Cheshire and Warrington.

The team is comprised of committed, professional, private and public sector organisations with the aim of increasing awareness of the advice available to both employers and employees.

Many people will experience the loss of a job through redundancy at some point in their working life, therefore, getting the right advice at such a time is invaluable whether you are an employee or employer, whether it be financial, legal or personal.
