Cheshire is at the heart of the North West with 15 million people and a third of Britain’s industry within 1 hour’s drive. There are over 120 trains a day from Crewe, Chester and Runcorn to London. The journey time is currently just over 2 hours, but with the introduction of the new Pendolino trains, this has come down to 1 hour 44 minutes. The area has amongst the highest percentage of skilled and semi-skilled workers in England and Wales.
Cheshire is ideally positioned between Manchester and Liverpool airports. Manchester the UK’s second airport offers thirty two flights a day to London.

They benefit from the development of a wide range of affordable office space that in our opinion will meet the requirements of various departments and agencies.
Cheshire has a great deal to offer people choosing to relocate here. There is a great variety of desirable, yet affordable housing, ranging from waterfront apartments to larger country residences. This is complemented by an excellent choice of shopping facilities including Chester, one of the top city retail centres in the UK, and Europe’s largest designer outlet village at Cheshire Oaks. Educationally Cheshire is the 5th best County and 12th best Local Education Authority in the UK in terms of GCSEs and key stage two.
