Supporting People - aims to enable people with housing related support needs to live independently. Parent Partnership - helps parents and carers whose children have special educational needs, from pre-school age until they leave school. Charities - information about charities and charity collections. Carers Charter - The Carer’s Charter has been produced as part of the Strategy for Carers in Cheshire. The Charter confirms the values, aims and standards that will be adopted by agencies (which includes both Voluntary and Statutory) working in partnership with carers within Cheshire. Cheshire Domestic Abuse Partnership - aims to support the local forums and to be a vehicle for sharing best practice, maximising resources and, where possible, identifying extra resources.
