Halloween Safety Day is being held for Year Six pupils in the Blacon area of Chester.
The event at Blacon Community Centre in Norris Road is organised by Chester Road Safety Partnership and will provide workshops in important topics including road safety, fire safety, anti-social behaviour and cycle safety.
