 As Project Engineer for the new Household Waste Recycling Centre in Winsford, Nicola Bowers takes on the daily challenge of keeping the wheels turning, or indeed the diggers digging to get this new state of the art site built.
The current Household Waste Recycling Centre in Winsford has long been identified in great need of improvement. Space restrictions saw officials on a mission to find a site that would enable greater recycling facilities and better accessibility for residents. Locating the Centre on the Woodford Park Industrial Estate off Leslie Road will offer a facility that will be pleasant, clean and well managed.
With demand for a better Household Waste Recycling Centre so high we know that Vale Royal residents will be delighted that construction is now well underway - Nicola’s headaches have only just begun!
