This is the group of elected members who support and monitor the Council's European and External Funding work on a regular basis.
Panels are established for specific areas of the Council's activities. They enable Members to examine a matter in detail, or to offer advice to the decision taker on difficult or complex issues. They are also useful sounding forums where discussions can take place.
Select Panels in particular tend to be very focused as in the case of our Panel, but they also cover issues of a cross service nature.
