Individual Pupil Funding Agreement 

Identified individual pupil funding.  For pupils with an identified SEN indicating a level of additional funding over and above that expected within mainstream setting.

Criteria based system will be used to identify level of funding.

Remains on School Action Plus

NB This level of need would currently require a statement
Level 3
Individual Pupil Funding Agreement 

Identified individual pupil funding.  For pupils with identified SEN indicating a high level of additional funding over and above that expected within mainstream setting.

Criteria based system will be used to identify level of funding.

Remains on School Action Plus

NB This level of need would currently require a statement
Level 4

Statement Required

Individual Pupil Funding into Mainstream, via Statement

or

Resourced Provision

Identified individual pupil funding (where in mainstream setting) for pupils whose identified needs have led to a Statutory Assessment and a Statement of SEN has been produced.

The pupil may access:

Identified individual pupil funding (where in mainstream setting) for pupils whose identified needs have led to a Statutory Assessment and a Statement of SEN has been produced.

The pupil may access:-

  • A high level of individual funding in a mainstream setting.

or

  • A placement in resourced primary/secondary provision.

Identified individual pupil funding (when in mainstream setting).

For pupils whose identified needs have led to a Statutory Assessment and a Statement of SEN has been produced.

  • A high level of funding in the mainstream sector.

or

  • A placement in a special school provision.

Level 6

Statement Required

A pupil identified as having a level of need over and above capability of local provision.

Out of County provision may be recommended.
