Library Information Network Cheshire
About us
LINC is part of the Cheshire Library Service and is based in Ellesmere Port Library.
We are a unique service which deals with the provision of information material to Cheshire libraries
Whatever you need to know, we probably have a leaflet all about it! Whether you need information about money, measles, seat belts or suntans, browse the Blue Information Binders at your local library or view the contents pages below:
14 Cheshire Libraries with Information Points also have Europe Direct binders.
Request a leaflet
You can request a leaflet free of charge either by calling in to your local library or you can contact us
We can post up to four leaflets free of charge. If you require more than this, we will send them to a library for you to collect. Please let us know which Library you would like to collect them from.

Our Teen Factfile has information for young people
This is a Reference Binder containing leaflets full of useful information for young people – from jobs, healthy lifestyles and the environment to finances and relationships. Currently it is in all 39 libraries in Cheshire and 42 of Cheshire’s High Schools also subscribe along with various Cheshire Youth Centre Hubs. (Did you know that for a one-off fee of £30 for the complete binder and an annual subscription of just £7.50, which covers the cost of updating leaflets and postage, you could have a copy of the Teenage Binder in your establishment!) Individual copies of leaflets can be ordered free of charge by pupils or librarians by contacting Library Information Network Cheshire direct by email, phone or fax.
