Panel Report and Recommendations
Structure Plan Alteration Draft Deposit
The Independent Panel appointed by the Secretary of State to consider representations on the Structure Plan Alteration at an Examination in Public sent their report and recommendations to Cheshire County Council.
Mr Adrian Smith the Chairman of the Panel and Ms Shelagh Bussey (the Inspector), made 66 recommendations on clarifications and amendments to the Structure Plan's policies and explanatory text.
The recommendations were considered by County Council Members, along with consequential changes to the Structure Plan Alteration. The amended plan was then subject to a public consultation prior to final adoption by the County Council. Please find below the Panel Report and Summary of the Recommendations.
