An Issues and Options consultation stage was held between 3rd March and 14th April 2003, from which over 900 responses were received by Cheshire County Council on the six key topic areas to be reviewed. The Issues and Options consultation helped inform the changes proposed in the Deposit Draft Stage. A link to the Issue and Options paper can be found below.
