Planning Application Appeals
Clayhanger Hall Farm and Kinderton Lodge Notice
Call in decisions for landfill sites at Kinderton Lodge, Middlewich; and Clayhanger Hall Farm, Haslington Two planning applications for clay quarrying and landfill were called in by the Secretary of State for her decision. The Secretary of State has now made her decision on the proposals and has determined that the application at Kinderton be granted planning permission, while planning permission is refused for the proposal at Clayhanger.

Applicants who have submitted a planning application to the County Council have a right of appeal against refusal of permission or against planning conditions. You may also appeal if the Council fails to make a decision within the required time period.
