Publicity Protocol
The Planning Authority must publicise all planning applications that it determines. The type of publicity varies depending upon the nature of the development proposed.
This protocol differentiates between mineral and waste applications and Regulation 3 applications (the County’s own development), specifically with respect to the extent of properties notified by letter and whether the development will be advertised in a local newspaper. |
