The following documents present the results of the Cheshire Historic Landscape Characterisation Project. Please note that these documents are not tagged for accessibility for technical reasons.
The Project Report presents the background to the project and an overview of the development of the project area's landscape. It also presents the HLC Classification developed for the project area and management recommendations made to preserve and enhance its Historic Landscape Character.
The Appendices to the Project Report contains the Project's Methodology, detailed statistics and further information on the GIS Dataset created by the project.
Managing Historic Landscapes is a gazetteer and summary of the HLC Classification and the management recommendations made by the project.
Further information on the project and access to the maps created are available form the Historic Environment Record Officer. |
