Inquiry Programme Documents

Before and During the Inquiry, the County Council & Interested Parties (including Objectors) referred to documents as part of their argument & evidence. These documents were sent to the Programme Officer who referenced them and included them in a Library of Documents.

There were two distinct types of documents -

1. Core Documents - These are reference documents (usually prepared by the County Council, Government Body or other specialised group/agency) 
2. Proofs & Written Evidence- These are the documents submitted by the County Council & Objectors to supplement their original objection.
