Cheshire Oaks
Alas in places at the fore The Cheshire Oak grows no more. In Its place has grown the new Cheshire Oaks, one that is a concrete and steel eyesore set to provoke . A shoppers so-called paradise, No real Cheshire Oak in sight. But we must never give up hope, as there are saviours of our Cheshire Oak. They are the Cheshire country-folk, the guardians and preservers of their emblem. Look for the sign of hope for the old Oak. This is at the country mansions and parks who preserve the Oaks they hold so dear . Dunham, Tatton, Arley and along the Mere all so near for the Cheshire folk, who hold the Oak dear. A visit and a wander under the old oak trees will make us all proud we paid them pounds, to walk around these halls and grounds. As you wander look around and notice the true Cheshire Oaks standing proud.
