Thank you for supporting our Laughter in the Library events which helped library users across Cheshire to:
- Laugh to boost their health
- Find out how to laugh when they really needed it but didn't feel like it
- Leave the library feeling relaxed with a smile on their face
Participants tried out new techniques to generate good moods and bring laughter into their lives. Laughter in the library was provided by Stephanie Davies, of Laughology, a trained cognitive laughter and humour consultant.
