Adult Learners Week 17-23 May 2008

Adult Learners’ Week is an opportunity for any organisation that offers any form of adult learning to promote what they do and get involved – either by organising specific activities, or simply by labelling their existing learning events under the ‘Adult Learners’ Week’ banner.

A huge range of organisations are involved in ALW each year – events take place in libraries, schools, colleges, museums, galleries, parks, sports centres, village halls, supermarkets and health centres. Hosting an Adult Learners’ Week event is an excellent way to improve links with your community. We can put you in touch with local learning organisations who would really benefit from using your facilities to hold an event and publicise their activities.
