The Rural Arts Officers manage Cheshire’s Rural Arts Network, offering a programme of high quality arts activities, performances and workshops to small rural venues. The Mini-Network, for the under 5s, offer a similar programme with opportunities for further creative activities.

Responsible for Community Arts Development, which includes consultation, advice, and developing partnerships to deliver arts projects with voluntary, community and statutory organisations. Projects embrace almost all of the various art forms including Visual, Disability, Environmental and Community Arts.
