The Council Budget Book
The Council's Budget Book is distributed annually in March / April to Council officers and elected members.
It is intended both as an essential management control document, summarising key decisions in the setting of the annual budget, and as a useful reference point, detailing Departmental core objectives, structures, resources and responsibilities.
Copies of the Budget Book are also available via local libraries in Cheshire.
