This leaflet is produced by the National Childminder Association (NCMA) it outlines what it means for a childminder to be registered and how this benefits parents. It then goes on to outline a scheme that the NCMA runs which is the Quality First scheme. That means that the childminder has met the criteria laid down by the NCMA.
