This leaflet is produced by the NSPCC, it gives information to parents of babies and toddlers and aims to explain some of the behaviour that is displayed by them so that you don’t think that they are being naughty but instead acting as the vast majority of children their age do. It also has contact details of who you can ring if you require someone to talk to.
Child Abuse? – How to recognise the signs and what to do next.
This factsheet summarises the procedures that are in place to deal with cases of child abuse. The information is to help members of the public, playgroup organisers, nursery workers and others who work with children know what to do if they have suspicions that abuse is taking place and it also has details of who to contact.
