This leaflet is produced by the NSPCC and is about parenting, it offers advice on how to get children to behave well and sets out 10 steps that should help you to achieve a well behaved child. The leaflet also details other family orientated organisations that may be of assistance and how to contact them.

This is a guide produced by the NSPCC to help parents and carers choose children’s activities. It has sections on what you should look into such as their acceptable behaviour guidelines and things that you should be wary of. The leaflet also has contact details for the NSPCC and other useful organisations.

This leaflet is produced by the NSPCC and it is divided into the following topics

Not naughty, but normal – Protecting your baby and toddler

This leaflet is produced by the NSPCC, it gives information to parents of babies and toddlers and aims to explain some of the behaviour that is displayed by them so that you don’t think that they are being naughty but instead acting as the vast majority of children their age do. It also has contact details of who you can ring if you require someone to talk to.

Child Abuse? – How to recognise the signs and what to do next.

This factsheet summarises the procedures that are in place to deal with cases of child abuse. The information is to help members of the public, playgroup organisers, nursery workers and others who work with children know what to do if they have suspicions that abuse is taking place and it also has details of who to contact.

Handle with Care

This is a leaflet produced by the NSPCC. It gives helpful advice on how to handle very young children with Do’s and Don’ts on how to handle them. It also has details on how to cope with the stresses of parenthood as well as organisations that you can contact in order to get help.
