Let us know when a service is working well or if you have ideas for improvements on our Comments, Compliments and Complaints form.

Even if you have no complaint, we would like to have your feedback or ideas.

You can use the online form or get a paper copy at our Information Points based in Libraries or offices where you can put it in the special box (where one is provided) or hand it to any of our staff.

We will send you a reply if you put your name and address in the space on the form.
