In some cases, you may have a special right of appeal against a decision.
Otherwise, you can ask our Chief Executive to review how your complaint has been handled. He will ask a senior manager from another County Council service to do this for you, if he thinks it is necessary.
Finally, you can take many kinds of complaint to the independent Local Government Ombudsman. You can get leaflets about the Ombudsman at our Information Points. |
