 Cheshire West and Chester Council is seeking views from residents and businesses about its proposed enforcement policy.
The policy will set the framework for enforcement activity for a variety of regulatory services including:
- inspection of food premises
- Trading Standards
- health and safety
- pollution inspection of industrial and commercial premises
- investigation of neighbour nuisance complaints
