Cycle down Saddlers Way.
Turn right at road at bottom of track.
Follow road around left hand bend, you will soon start to climb.
The road turns into a track to the left of a stone house, follow track which bends right, and continues between stone walls.
Track joins road at farmhouse B&B. Climb up to top of steep hill.
Turn sharp right along rough track which follow edge of forest.
Go straight over cross roads at Macclesfield Forest Chapel.
Turn left down hill.
Turn sharp right.
Follow road to next left turn approx. 2.4km.
Fork left.
Turn left, through a gate and up Cumberland Track, an unclassified country road. Ford stream by bridge.
Bear right at Cumberland Spout waterfall and climb onto moors.
Turn left onto A534.
Turn left onto bridleway.
Turn left onto A537.
Take first left off A537.
Bear right at Bottom of the Oven.
Take left fork.
Rejoin A537.
Turn 3rd left by Setter Dog pub to take you back to Tegg's Nose Country Park.
