Cycling for Health -
Experts recommend being active for 30 minutes a day, five times a week... Cycling improves strength, stamina and aerobic fitness, with little risk of over-exertion. It does not pose such a risk to joints as some other forms of exercise such as jogging. Cycling just 20 miles a week can reduce the risk of coronary heart disease by 50%, and cycling at 10 miles an hour will burn off 400 calories every hour! So what are you waiting for?!
