Welcome to the school grounds website. These pages have been produced to advise and inspire schools wanting to improve their grounds. To navigate around the site, use the links above.

A number of organisations in Cheshire who work with schools on aspects of their grounds have come together to form the School Grounds Action Group. This group aims to co-ordinate information that goes out to schools and provide a focus for activity across the County. Part of this work has been to develop the School Grounds Handbook and this associated website which supports the document.
