9.00am - 5.00pm (Mon - Fri) - please contact your Area Highways Team. The response times to these emergencies are:
- emergency electrical defect (eg: door missing from lighting column) - 1 hour;
- other defects - during working hours (ie: 8.00am - 5.00pm) - 1 hour; and
- other defects - outside normal working hours - 2 hours.
