This service will enable you to make an on-line payment for replacement travel
passes, 16+ travel passes, denominational travel passes and spare seat travel
passes. This service can only be used if we have confirmed that your child
is eligible for a bus pass for this academic year, and you have a valid student
reference number for your child. If the above does not apply,
please telephone 01244 976044 during office hours.
Please note:- If you have changed address and not yet notified Transport and
Regeneration, please confirm your new address in writing and send to Rivacre
Business Centre, Mill Lane, Ellesmere Port, Cheshire, CH66 3TL. Alternatively,
you can email this information to tranco@cheshire.gov.uk.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept change of address details over the
telephone.
Replacement Travel Pass
If your child has lost their travel pass a charge of £12 is payable. Stolen
travel passes can be replaced free of charge provided that the theft has been
reported to the Police and a crime reference number has been obtained. Please
telephone 01244 976044 if this applies. Please proceed to the terms and
conditions section at the bottom of this page to order your replacement travel
pass. Your request will normally be processed within 5 working days.
16+ Student Travel Pass
You will be able to make an on-line payment if you have recently received a 16+
payment request.
Please proceed to the terms and conditions section at the bottom of this page
to make your payment. For payments received in good time, passes will be
dispatched prior to the start of term. For payments received after the term has
commenced, passes will usually be dispatched within 5 working days.
Denominational Transport
You will be able to make on on line payment if you have recently received a
denominational payment request form. Please proceed to the terms and conditions
section at the bottom of this page to make your payment. For payments received
in good time, passes will be dispatched prior to the start of term. For
payments received after the term has commenced, passes will usually be
dispatched within 5 working days.
Spare Seat Travel Pass
You will be able to make an on-line payment if you have recently received a
spare seat payment request form.
Passes will normally be dispatched within 5 working days
