Introduction
Lincoln House is a Community Support Centre situated in a residential area of Crewe, which is to the rear of West Street, close to the centre of Crewe. Lincoln House provides residential care for 34 older people or for up to 5 people over 48 years old with a physical disability, who have been assessed as needing short break care. The centre stands in its own grounds with landscaped gardens.
Lincoln House has 34 single bedrooms include two which are ensuite. The building consists of 4 areas of residential accommodation, each of which has its own lounge/dining room. These are equipped with tea making facilities where people can make a drink at any time of the day. Assistance with this is available if needed. A full menu is provided, giving variety and choice; any special dietary need can be catered for.
The Activities Coordinator provides a varied activity programme to encourage socialisation, communication, physical and mental stimulation whilst providing an opportunity to share skills, memories and enjoyment. A hairdressing facility is available. Visitors are welcome and during your stay you can also go out and maintain your social life.

How to Access the Service
All of the services at the Community Support Centre are only available to people following an assessment and agreement that they meet the criteria of being in ‘substantial and critical need’. To request an assessment please contact the relevant Access Team.
