At Jubilee House Day Service we aim to provide support and encouragement for older people to make the fullest possible use of their experiences, skills and abilities. Jubilee House offers a comfortable but lively atmosphere, involving clients in a wide and imaginative range of social and practical activities.

How to Access the Service

All of the services at the Community Support Centre are only available to people following an assessment and agreement that they meet the criteria of being in ‘substantial and critical need’. To request an assessment please contact the relevant Access Team.
