Supporting People in Cheshire DVD
What does Supporting People mean to you?
The Supporting People programme improves the quality of life for many vulnerable people. In Cheshire over 13,000 people receive housing related support to help them to live independently. All the people helped by Supporting People share a need for support at a vulnerable time in their lives.
In the DVD people tell their stories and experiences of using supported housing services funded by Cheshire Supporting People. These stories range from older people having the reassurance of living in a sheltered housing scheme with a warden to a young person leaving care and being supported to learn independent living skills.
