This report is produced twice a year by the Supporting People Team.
It reports on:
- the number of units, services and providers funded by the programme
- performance indicators measuring outcomes, availability, utilisation, staffing and throughput
- the comparison of Cheshire's key performance indicators against comparator authorities
- quality assessment framework data
- financial information
- profiles of new service users
- national outcomes monitoring data
- fairer charging outcomes
Data from a number of sources has been used including the Department for Communities and Local Government (CLG), the Centre for Housing Research (CHR), Cheshire Supporting People providers’ PI Workbooks, Cheshire research & intelligence unit, service review and contract monitoring visits, Cheshire income & charging unit and our own internal databases and payments systems.
