In Cheshire the Supporting People programme is directed by the Supporting People Partnership. This partnership brings together representatives from various stakeholders including Cheshire County Council, District Councils and Primary Care Trusts. The Cheshire Supporting People 5 Year Strategy has been written and agreed by this partnership. This strategy and other relevant strategies are taken into account when service commissioning decisions are made.
