Access Teams are the first point of contact to talk about help for yourself, a relative or friend or for information about Social Services. The Access Team Mission Statement details the role of the access team and the service they provide.

You can phone Access Teams between 8.30 am - 5pm Mon - Fri.

In an emergency out of hours contact our Emergency Duty Team.

The opening hours on the following links refer to when Access staff are available to offer an in- person interview. To avoid unnecessary waiting you can often phone for an appointment time.
