Welcome to our Transforming Learning Communities (TLC) website

TLC is a review of how services for children across Cheshire can be sustained and improved so that our children, their families and our communities are equipped for the challenges of tomorrow.

The TLC review aims to bring together the changes set by Government with the planning needed to address a significant decline in pupil numbers. In doing this we recognise that this will present a number of opportunities and challenges for us all.
