Cheshire Trading Standards has an office in Backford, near Chester and an office in Congleton in the same building as Congleton library.
Please register your complaint or enquiry by telephone or e-mail with Consumer Direct in the first instance. If an appointment is required this will be arranged with you by the officer dealing with the matter. You are advised not to visit the Congleton office without an appointment as there may not be anyone available to deal with your enquiry.
