Householders wishing to gain entry to Neston Household Waste Recycling Centre (HWRC) are required to display a Residents Household Waste Pass in their vehicle windscreen. 

Passes are issued free of charge to Cheshire residents for the deposit of household waste. Passes will not be issued to non-Cheshire residents. Non-Cheshire residents will be refused access to the HWRC's. 

If you have not received a pass through the post or you require a replacement Pass please complete the request form below or alternatively contact the Customer Service Team on 0845 002 0134.

Please note that only 1 Pass will be issued per household.
