The Carers Grant funding is available to any service/organisation that meets the criteria and seeks to provide services to carers. Applications from
Individuals will not be considered under this scheme.
Funding will be considered for projects providing services to a range of carer groups, for example, generic services to carers including young carers and parent carers, and specific services for carers of adults with mental health needs, physical disability, learning disability, and older people.
